I have been a real estate professional since 2016 and have sold over $100,000,000 in the Denver Metro area. I am not only a real estate broker, but also a real estate investor, developer, and short-term rental host. I truly understand how the market is performing and all the forces that affect real estate values in the state of Colorado.
I pride myself on new development business, helping developers locate new opportunities and determine the highest and best use for each parcel. Once the best use is determined, I help developers align with architects, civil engineers, and designers to create a new and sophisticated look that will sell efficiently without breaking the budget. This has helped me sell over $50 million in new development projects.
Throughout my professional life, I have asked questions and listened with intent, to understand my customers’ thoughts, needs, and preferences. I leverage these skills to provide my customers with the best possible service.
My Mission
As a Colorado native, I have experienced firsthand the rapid growth of the Denver Metro area over the past 30 years. Before I was a broker, I worked as a project manager for a Denver developer and learned the process of building residential homes from the ground up. This has allowed me to understand the process, timing, and contracts builders use while maintaining a close relationship with developers.
I have immersed myself in real estate investing and have helped multiple real estate investors on their journey to building passive income and wealth through real estate. I also practice what I preach, as I own multiple investment properties, Airbnb investments, and house-hacking investments.
